- Completed training in the IT sector, e.g. as an IT specialist for system integration or related qualifications.
- Several years of experience in networking & with firewalls.
- Good knowledge of firewall solutions from various manufacturers (FortiGate, Cisco Meraki, Sonicwall, Sophos).
- Good knowledge of switching solutions from various manufacturers (Cisco, Cisco Meraki, Aruba).
- Knowledge of access points from various manufacturers (FortiNet, Aruba, Unifi).
- Knowledge of Azure Networking and its structure.
- Ability to work in a team and assertiveness, strong communication skills.
- Еxcellent command of spoken and written English and German.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Be responsible for setting up, maintaining and expanding firewalls in the customer environment (FortiGate, Cisco Meraki, Sonicwall).
- Taking care of setting up, maintaining and expanding switches and access points (Unifi, Cisco Meraki, FortiNet)
- Advising our customers on technological matters, create and implement solution concepts for them on site.
- Independently handle customer’s questions and complex problems via our ticket system.
- Taking over the basic administration of Azure Networking (vNETs, Virtual Network Gateways).
- Monitor and document complex networks in common tools (Visio).
