GP Travel Enterprise is a cloud-based tour operator solution designed for travel service suppliers, online payment service providers and businesses in the hospitality industry. Features include accommodation booking, a central reservation system, payment processing, itinerary creation and more.

Location: GMT+7 – GMT+11, remotely.

A strong candidate will have:

  • experience of technical support;
  • negotiation and written/verbal communication skills in both English (upper-Intermediate) and Russian;
  • basic knowledge in Linux administration;
  • ability to answer calls promptly;
  • proficiency in reading logs;
  • high typing speed;
  • problem solving approach and strong attention to details.
  • ability to work independently.

Will be a plus:

  • technical background;
  • travel or software related industry experience;
  • QA courses.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • providing technical support of software for customers and business partners;
  • reproduce/registering bugs;
  • resolving problems related to installation/servers;
  • working with database.
