Candidate’s location:
remote/in-office or hybrid.
A strong candidate will have:
- Solid experience with PHP, Symfony;
- Being comfortable with *nix;
- Proficiency with SQL skills and Memcached or Redis;
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English speaking;
- Knowledge about databases ( is capable to design, fix and test database plans without supervision and review, has practical experience with more than one DBMS on a level enough to make a choice across them);
- Knowledge about programming languages (expertise within a few programming environments on a level enough to make a choice across them);
- Capable of executing projects across multiple domains (say, WEB app that needs UI & API backend);
- Knowledge about frameworks, libraries and tools (expertise within frameworks & tools on a level enough to make a choice across them);
- Knowledge of programming fundamentals (algorithms, patterns, paradigms);
- Estimations & Decomposing skills (can decompose complex tasks and split it to smaller tangible part, can make accurate estimate for each of steps and part of the complex tasks).
Will be a plus:
- Experience with CI/CD tools and Cloud platforms;
- Proficiency with MariaDB or MongoDB;
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Back-end development of market leading tech solutions in travel;
- Communication with the team and the customer.
Hiring process takes 3-4 weeks and includes:
- Test (development, about 7 hours)
- Customer interview (45 min, English)
