We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior/Lead Android Developer with the potential to step into a leadership role.
A strong candidate will have:
- 6+ years of experience in Android app development, with a proven track record of launching and maintaining high-quality mobile applications.
- Strong command of Kotlin, with a deep understanding of object-oriented design, Clean Architecture, and reactive programming.
- Solid understanding of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices, with experience in optimizing for various screen sizes and aspect ratios.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
- B1+ level of spoken English.
- A motivated, self-driven individual.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with mobile continuous delivery tools for building, testing, and releasing apps.
- Expertise in optimizing data usage for mobile networks and a strong background in offline-first app development.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a knack for mentoring and guiding teams to success.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Develop and maintain the mobile app, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Actively contribute to strategic decisions by bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices in coding, architecture, and UI/UX design.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align project goals and deliver seamless user experiences.
