We’re now looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strong product mindset to join our growing team.

A strong candidate will have:

Hard skills

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
  • English at Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.
  • Strong skills in gathering, structuring, and analyzing requirements.
  • Product mindset when evaluating requirements and making decisions on new features.
  • Experience writing Vision & Scope documents, Use Cases, User Stories, BPMN/Flow diagrams.
  • Proficiency with tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma/Miro; familiarity with UML/BPMN notations.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, and system interaction logic.
  • Experience working in Agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban).

Soft skills

  • Clear and effective communication across diverse stakeholders: from developers to top managers.
  • Empathy towards both users and business needs.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and incomplete information.
  • Flexibility and adaptability: staying focused on solutions even when plans change.

  • Team player: collaboration with colleagues is key to success in this role.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience working in product teams and in fast-changing environments.
  • Familiarity with the Triple/Double Diamond approach to problem-solving and design.
  • Experience in implementing or selling ERP/CRM systems.
  • Travel industry experience (in any role).

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Conduct detailed business analysis to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions.
  • Perform gap analysis to ensure the product backlog meets customer needs.
  • Elicit, structure, and document requirements using Vision & Scope, Use Cases, User Stories, BPMN/Flow diagrams.
  • Collaborate with product teams to apply product-thinking principles and define criteria for new features.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to clarify requirements and align stakeholders.
  • Support the team during acceptance testing and present results to clients and stakeholders.
