Project:

The client is one of the world’s leading suppliers of booking and check-in systems for cruise, ferry and resort industries. Headquarters is located in San Jose, California, in the heart of Silicon Valley.

Team: 8 Developers, QA lead, 2 QA, PM/BA.

Daily meetings: Mon, Wed, Fri at 10:30-11 am (California time).

A strong candidate will have:

At least 2+ years’ experience as QA specialist;
Experience with Manual testing;
Upper-Intermediate (B2) English;
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes;
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases;
Experience in all stages of SDLC;
Strong organizational and planning skills.

Will be a plus:

Experience in Business Analysis.

Your responsibilities would include:

Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases;
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities;
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs;
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved;
Monitor debugging process results.

Hiring process takes 1-2 weeks and includes:

HR Interview (30min, Russian)+Technical interview (Russian, 1 hour);
Customer Interview (1h, Russian/English).
