IT Sales/Business Development Manager

Locations: EU, Western Asia or relocation, remote work.

Team: CEO, Scrum Master, 4 Sales Managers, 2 Marketing Specialists, 2 Designers, 2 Lead gen Specialists.

A strong candidate will have:

  • 1+ years of experience in active and direct sales of IT related services or travel sales manager experience;
  • experience in marketing will be a big plus;
  • fluent English is a must;
  • Russian B2+ level will be a plus;
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • result-oriented and self-organized person;
  • ability to work independently.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • search for and identify new business opportunities;
  • respond to the assigned incoming leads and guide them through the sales pipeline up to final conversion and deal closure;
  • learn and understand the turn-key products and services of our company as well as the domain (travel) specialization;
  • explore and understand the needs of potential clients and suggest proper solution;
  • conduct regular product demos, presentations and calls with prospects;
  • participate in tenders and market events, such as international travel trade shows;
  • prepare supporting documentation, e.g. proposals, estimates, etc.;
  • maintain CRM system records up-to-date;
  • constantly improve and deepen your proficiency in Sales and Business Development.

Hiring process takes 1-2 weeks and includes:

  • HR Interview (30min, Russian);
  • CEO Interview (1h, Russian/English).
