Java, Spring, JPA/Hibernate, JDBC, JAXB, jBPM, Drools, JAX-RS/Jersey, Percona, JasperReports, JUnit, Serenity, Maven, Apache Tomcat, Jenkins.

• Experience as a Java Team Lead or Senior Java Developer with leadership responsibilities.
• Deep knowledge of Java and related technologies.
• High dedication and a strong desire for professional development.
• English level B2.

• Active involvement in coding, working closely with team members.
• Leading and mentoring the team, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of tasks.
• Inspiring the team and maintaining motivation among team members.
• Ensuring the team remains high-performing by monitoring dynamics and adjusting composition when needed.
